Residential Children's Home Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at Bay View Childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of residential care staff to provide high-quality care and support to children in our care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of the home.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, staff, and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
