Care Support Specialist

At Buckinghamshire Council, we are seeking a skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our Adult Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and elderly clients.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, providing personal care, employment support, domestic skills, and engaging activities such as arts and crafts, music, and drama. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support services.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working, health and wellbeing initiatives, and opportunities for professional development.
If you are passionate about delivering excellent care and support, have excellent communication skills, and a minimum Level 2 Care Certificate, we would love to hear from you.
