Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is between £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience. We are happy to discuss flexible working options and offer a competitive benefits package.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team on Seagrove Ward, a six-bed mixed-sex Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). As a senior clinical lead, you will be responsible for promoting collaborative and individualized patient care in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Main Responsibilities
* Demonstrate excellent clinical and operational leadership skills* Actively promote teamwork, respect, integrity, accountability, excellence, and compassion within the clinical team* Deliver clinical supervision to junior staff, act as shift lead, and carry out clinical audits where necessary* Provide nurse leadership within the multidisciplinary team and ensure effective assessment, formulation, planning, and monitoring of care given to inpatient service users

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1st level registered nurse with current NMC Registration* Mentorship registered with NMC* Postgraduate experience* High-level knowledge and appreciation of various models of practice in social and health care, including experience of delivering CBT-based interventions* Knowledge and working experience of interventions and strategies that address social and health care needs* Current national legislative and professional requirements relating to social and health care and the processes implemented locally*,
