About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist/Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team on the Isle of Wight.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our Occupational Therapy service.

As a Clinical Specialist/Team Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Occupational Therapy team, providing clinical leadership and expertise, and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Occupational Therapy team, providing clinical leadership and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of our Occupational Therapy service, including the development of policies and procedures.
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the team, including the development of treatment plans and the implementation of interventions.
  • Supervise and appraise junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development of our service, including the identification of areas for improvement and the development of strategies to address these.
