Job Title: Clinical Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic to take on a new challenge and further their career as a Clinical Specialist with a leading, multi-national employer. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user. You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.

Benefits:

* Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500
* 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus
* OTE: £45,650
* Hybrid full-time, part-time working hours available
* Training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week)
* 25 days' holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service

Requirements:

* Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
* 1+ years post-qualification experience
* Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
* Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy
