We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to provide holistic support for pupils and families at The Keystone Academy in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires adaptability and creativity in engaging and supporting learners with neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

  • Provide counselling support to pupils using a relational approach and various therapeutic techniques.
  • Participate in social times and supervise pupils to maintain a calm environment.
  • Model positive relationships and adapt to the unique needs of each pupil.
