About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our clinical team at Outcomes First Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within our schools, as well as offering guidance and support to education teams. This is a permanent, part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary up to £63,840 (FTE, DOE).

You will have the opportunity to engage in professional development training for all staff, contribute to service-wide development groups, and participate in regular clinical supervision outside of line management. Our multi-disciplinary team provides psychological assessment for pupils, guidance for education teams, and professional development training for all staff. We work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, and Assistant Psychologists.

The ideal candidate will possess a doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology, be registered with the HCPC, and have excellent communication skills. You will also need to be creative and resilient, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
