Child and Adolescent Health Specialist

We are currently seeking a Child and Adolescent Health Specialist to join our team at Excell Supply. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and young people who require support with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a whole-school health and wellbeing strategy, promoting mental, emotional, and physical well-being among learners and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive health and wellbeing strategy that aligns with the national health agenda for schools.
- Lead and manage colleagues in the development and delivery of wellbeing-focused interventions and small group sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or education, and have significant experience in a leadership role within a school or health-related setting. A strong understanding of safeguarding regulations and the ability to promote positive mental health among learners and staff are also essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £34,834-£36,648 per annum (pro rata), dependent on experience, and a range of benefits.
