We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a dedicated and passionate mental health rehabilitation specialist to join our local clinical rehab team in Telford & Wrekin. As part of our joint initiative with ICB, MPFT, and the Local Authority, our focus is on delivering effective rehabilitation services within the community.

Our approach emphasizes supporting individuals in their recovery journey, promoting positive mental health and wellbeing through an inclusive approach involving families, carers, and communities.

The successful candidate will work closely with various services, including the voluntary sector, Community Mental Health Services, Mental Health hospitals, Forensic services, housing, and other relevant services to support adults during their mental health journey.

We have established calm cafes in partnership with Telford MIND and A Better Tomorrow to provide additional support for people experiencing mental health crises and comorbid addiction challenges.

Telford & Wrekin Council prioritizes diversity in its workforce, recognizing its importance in providing excellent community services.

Candidates working with vulnerable groups will undergo an appropriate criminal records check.
