The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience and 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years. They must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and pass an enhanced background check.
Job Description- Play a key role in the care and rehabilitation of mental health patients
- Meet patients daily, providing tailored support plans in line with their specific diagnosis/prognosis
- Arrange ongoing support for after a patient leaves your care
The successful candidate will be responsible for forming trusting relationships with patients, helping them to lead happier, healthier lives. You will work closely with other mental healthcare professionals to agree treatment plans and provide emotional support.
