Job Description

Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Entech Technical Solutions Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in providing technical support and will be required to work on a 12-month contract based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

The role will involve a mix of on-site and remote work, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality results.

The salary for this role is £35.50 FCSA Umbrella, and £25.50 paye. This is a great opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations
  • Work on-site and remotely, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent on-site

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
