Job Description

Entech Technical Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service delivery to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers, dealers, and OEMs, resolving issues and answering questions related to aftermarket parts, product sales, and service delivery.
  • Product Sales and Service: Work closely with sales teams to identify and recommend alternative courses of action to enhance customer loyalty and drive product sales.
  • Account Management: Manage OEM, distributor, and dealer product support accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Warranty Management: Manage warranty claims, adjudicate issues, and develop procedures to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Root Cause Investigations: Conduct root cause investigations and corrective actions to minimize impact to customers.
  • Project Management: Track and manage project status from inception to release, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Customer Visits: Conduct dealer and customer visits to provide support for new product introduction or assist with technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Technical Background: Technical support/service engineering background and detailed knowledge of aftermarket parts, product sales, and service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven problem-solving ability, with experience in technical support and service delivery.
  • Business Understanding: Business understanding with the ability to translate actions and implement across the business.
  • Complex Projects: Demonstrable experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues in different geographies.
Working Conditions:

This role is inside IR35, and the umbrella pay rate is £35.50ph FCSA Umbrella, paye £25.50ph.
