Part Time Office Coordinator

Job OverviewThe estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 per annum. We provide consistent liquidity, helping market participants throughout the world obtain the best prices in the various assets classes we cover, regardless of changing market conditions.
This role requires exceptional hospitality skills to ensure the smooth operation of reception and office management duties as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities- Manage a busy phone system, handling incoming calls and identifying relevant calls. Distribute office post to the appropriate teams. Liaise with onsite contractors, enforcing office procedures, and maintaining the front of house area. Conduct office tours and provide gym inductions to new starters.
- Organize logistics and appointments for various clinics, such as GP Clinics and Massage Clinics.
- Provide cover for annual leave, including facilities maintenance, health and safety responsibilities, and overall office operations. Book First Aid and Fire Marshal courses for staff when necessary. Coordinate with contractors and arrange permits as needed. Serve as a communication link between staff and building management for complaints and requests.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
