We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our award-winning team at Avery Healthcare, providing exceptional care to our residents in a supportive and respectful environment.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure continuity of services and meeting the individual needs of each resident.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and addressing clinical risk areas, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living space.
