About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our Night Response Hospice at Home team, providing emotional and practical support to patients, their families, and carers. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality care and support to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to patients, including personal care and activities of daily living.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure effective care delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and liaison with patients, their families, and carers.
Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and carers.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience of working within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Salary
£24,000-£29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location
West End Lane, Esher, Surrey KT10 8NA.
