About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our Night Response Hospice at Home team, delivering high-quality care to patients, their families, and carers in their own homes. You will be responsible for carrying out personal care and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of palliative care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all personal care and activities of daily living for individual patients and groups of patients as required.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure effective care delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and liaison with patients, their families, and carers.
Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and carers.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience of working within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Salary
£22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location
West End Lane, Esher, Surrey KT10 8NA.
