Resident Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting them with daily living activities and promoting their independence and dignity.
Job Responsibilities:- Personal Care Assistance: Assisting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Risk Management: Identifying and reporting potential risks or hazards in the resident's environment.
- Courtesy and Respect: Acting courteously and respectfully towards residents and their visitors.
- Safe Systems of Work: Practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be part of a close-knit team, working together to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
Salary and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and advancement.
