Healix is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistance Coordinator to join our team based in Esher. In this role, you will provide remote medical assistance services to UK government employees and their dependents abroad, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for anticipating and resolving problems before they occur, offering solutions that work for members, clients, and Healix. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to be responsive and empathetic to the needs of others.
