Job Description: Supportive Care Worker

We are currently seeking a warm and enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning team as a Supportive Care Worker. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, respect, and independence are maintained at all times.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene needs, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will also be required to practice safe systems of work and adapt to changing situations with ease.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to demonstrate initiative and respect towards our residents. Experience is not necessary, as we offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role.

Salary Estimate: £19,500 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include comprehensive training, competitive salary, and opportunities for career development.
