We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Activities Coordinator to join our team at Loveday & Co Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury care home setting, providing exceptional social events and activities for our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our members, ensuring their rights to choice, dignity, and respect are upheld.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved, liaise with relatives and staff regarding special individual requirements, and assist in producing monthly, weekly, and daily activity schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging social programs tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Liaise with relatives and staff to address special individual requirements
  • Produce and distribute monthly, weekly, and daily activity schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Punctuality, hard work, and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good physical stamina and mobility
