Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Support Educator for Students with special educational needs to join our team at beBee Professionals in Norwich. As a Support Educator, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to ensure students' understanding and progress.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless support and communication.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with children who require additional support due to SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications in education or SEN support is highly desirable.
