"]About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Videographer to join our Creative team as a Videography Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality visual content for our brand across various channels. Your expertise will enable us to create stunning visuals that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our audience.
"]Your Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development and implementation of a creative vision for our video content, ensuring it aligns with our brand's values and aesthetic."]
- Lead a team of Videographers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output."]
- Work closely with our photography and styling teams to record and edit brand videos for campaigns, e-commerce, events, and company assets."]
- Edit content to a professional standard, adding graphics and recording high-quality sound as required."]
- Quality-check edits from junior members of the Videography team, providing feedback for improvement and development."]
- Shoot and edit all e-commerce product videography, colour-grading video to match signed-off product imagery."]
- Shoot events, store openings, press, and PR events."]
- Set up shoots, including lighting and camera equipment, both in studio and on location."]
- Maintain effective equipment management, communicating needs and failures to the Creative Project Manager."]
- Produce high-quality campaign videos, ensuring they are exposed correctly and colour-consistent."]
- Continuously develop new styles and research inspiration to move our video content forward, testing new concepts and presenting ideas to the Art Director."]
- Optimise video for upload to CMS."]
- Accurately save and archive videos, keeping hard drives up-to-date."]
- Ensure timely delivery of work and meet specifications."]
- Collaborate with the Creative Project Manager and Art Director to plan videography support during shoots, managing Junior Videographers' capacity."]
- Select audio using excellent knowledge of music rights."]
- Manage Marketing and Designer video changes and requests, allocating resources to complete tasks on time."]
- Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and project success."]
- Prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines."]
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge."]
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge."]
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork."]
The Ideal Candidate:
"]We are looking for an experienced Videographer with a passion for creative storytelling and a keen eye for detail. You should have a proven track record in producing high-quality video content, working on set, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry."]
- Proven experience in filming and editing, ideally in Premiere Pro."]
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and ability to learn new software quickly."]
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team."]
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and ability to set up shoots, including lighting and camera equipment."]
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively."]
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing with our company, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices."]
- Availability to travel and work on location, with a clean, valid UK driving license (desirable)."]
