Lake & Co is a dynamic and multi-discipline team with expertise in project management, asset identification, acquisition, and technical due diligence, as well as architecture, engineering, construction management, design and construction services, and ongoing asset management and disposal to private clients and investors.

Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee and manage the day-to-day running of Lake & Co Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing external stakeholders, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, fee proposals, and NDA's
  • Creating agendas, meeting preparation, and attendance
  • Monitoring progress of all consultants, suppliers, and contractors
  • Invoicing management, working in conjunction with accounts payable
  • Scheduling meetings between all parties
  • Managing company and Director expenses
  • Booking company travel and event attendance
  • Providing management of the Lake & Co office, including HR policies, insurance, health and safety, and liaising with IT support
  • Producing job descriptions and liaising with recruiters to search and interview suitable applicants
  • Disseminating employment contracts and liaising with finance to set up payroll
  • Managing external contractors, IT support, and building management and office supplies
  • Establishing and maintaining company contact database
  • Maintaining accurate records, digital and physical filing, across all property projects and transactions
  • Maintaining a pleasant office environment and IT/CRM systems

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing project budgeting and meeting project deadlines
  • Managing client expectations and providing in-depth monthly reports
  • Holding weekly meetings with the two Managing Directors to provide updates and receive future directives
  • Coordinating schedules to ensure effective collaboration between the two Managing Directors

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7 years' experience in a Project Assistant/Project Management role or similar
  • Highly confident and capable in dealing with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent digital capability, proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint
  • Clean driving license
