As a Mental Health Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and contributing to the development of our Mental Health Integrated Community Service (MHICS).

Key responsibilities include weekly supervision of a GP trainee, provision of direct clinical care, and participation in multidisciplinary teams, meetings, and other clinical activities. You will also have the opportunity to become a clinical and educational supervisor for a GPVTS trainee.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, respect, and open communication. We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and improving healthcare outcomes through continuous learning and improvement.
