About the Job
  • Salary: £23,500 per annum, paid weekly.
  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week, including some evening and weekend shifts.
  • Location: Look Ahead, Slough.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver person-centred support plans, in collaboration with customers and their families.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on mental health issues, supporting customers to access local resources and services.
  • Facilitate group workshops and activities, promoting positive relationships, community engagement, and recovery-focused interventions.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Significant experience in mental health support work, ideally with a focus on recovery and empowerment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
