About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Priory Hospital Newbury. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health illnesses.



Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on quality, innovation, and delivering value.


This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.



Responsibilities

  • To provide individualized support and care to patients with complex needs
  • To work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation
  • To participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills


Requirements

Applicants should possess a degree in a relevant field and have experience working in a mental health setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
