Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Hotel Manager to lead our team at Crerar Hotels. As the heart of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Lead by example in delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued. Your passion for hospitality will inspire your team to provide the highest levels of service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.
  • People Leadership: Foster a positive, people-first culture within the hotel. You'll be a mentor, coach, and role model for your team, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.   • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management. You'll be hands-on, with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that everything from guest services to housekeeping is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Financial Management: Drive the financial success of the hotel by managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Your commercial acumen will ensure that Crerar Hotels continues to thrive while maintaining its reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as a General Manager or in a senior management position.
  • A people-first mentality with a genuine passion for guest service and team development.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and the community.
