About the Role

Foolproof is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Foolproof's business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in digital marketing consulting or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
