Job Summary

The role involves a blend of people management, being hands-on as well as having strategic oversight across a multitude of global, multi-channel initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be a key, senior member of the global marketing team.
  • Take ownership of always-on, timed, and ad-hoc marketing campaigns and projects, balancing strategic, longer-term needs with the pivoting needs of the business.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage part of the marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Deliver against KPIs and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with the product and sales teams.
  • Continuous optimization based on data and insights is a critical part of the role.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Relevant B2B Background: As a seasoned marketer, you will have worked extensively in B2B marketing and understand the complexities and nuances of long buying cycles, big buying groups, and big-ticket solutions.
  • Marketing Skillset: You will be a generalist who can turn your hand to most aspects of the marketing mix. You should have a good grasp across the mix, including creative hooks for campaigns, product marketing, and other areas.
  • Industry Knowledge: You will have worked in either financial services or B2B software and be able to get to grips with the intricacies of both the FundApps industry landscape and its product portfolio.
  • Regional Experience: You will bring strong knowledge of a number of countries and/or regions and be keen to build your portfolio in others.
  • Market Intelligence and Strategy: You will have a natural ability to gather market intelligence and apply that knowledge to our global marketing strategy, while also considering the opinions of other teams such as product, sales, and regulatory.
  • People Management/Mentorship: While we prefer to hire someone with prior team leadership experience, we're also considering candidates with informal management or mentorship experience who are looking to grow into a team management role.

  • A competitive salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per year.
