About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the development of branding strategies, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage creative agencies and retainer partners to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct market analysis to inform marketing strategies and messaging
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and develop plans to implement them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts
  • Manage budgets and track revenue to ensure financial goals are met
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a consultancy environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, social media, and digital marketing
