About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic shopper marketing initiatives that drive sales and enhance the shopper experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive retail media and shopper marketing strategies that align with brand goals and retail partner objectives across UK & Irish retail markets.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, in-store displays, promotions, and events.
  • Retail Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners / agencies to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of shopper marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for retail media and shopper marketing activities.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and manage 1 direct report.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in shopper marketing, with experience in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
