Job Title: Senior Shopper Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Advocate Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to join our client's Global Travel Retail team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class shopper marketing strategy to drive commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive shopper marketing strategy to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create a high-performing, engaged, and diverse team.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual customer marketing plans from inception to deployment.
  • Manage and lead executional agency partnerships to deliver high-quality results.
  • Drive category development and growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Ensure seamless global and local market interaction to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in shopper/customer/trade/retail marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Direct line management experience with a proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience working in an FMCG business, preferably in the drinks industry, but open to other categories.
  • Sound P&L management and ROI understanding with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Category management expertise with a passion for turning insights into action.
