We are seeking a seasoned Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Global Travel Retail team at a leading Premium Spirits Business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the shopper marketing agenda and achieving commercial goals.

  • Develop and Execute Best-in-Class Shopper Marketing Strategy
  • Partner Effectively to Create a High-Performing Team
  • Lead Annual Customer Marketing Plans from Inception to Deployment
  • Manage and Lead Executional Agency Partnerships
  • Category Development and Management
  • Seamless Global and Local Market Interaction
Requirements
  • Strong Experience in Shopper/Customer/Trade/Retail Marketing
  • Direct Line Management Experience with Proven Examples of Developing Individuals within Your Team
  • Worked in an FMCG Business, Ideally in the Drinks Industry, but Open to Wider Categories
  • Sound P&L Management and ROI Understanding
  • Category Management and Passion for Turning Insight into Action
