Job Title: Planning Manager

This is a new role in the business focused on driving marketing strategy and innovation within the D2C business. The D2C lead will be a strategic partner for challenges faced within the rest of the business, working closely with D2C teams to identify future growth opportunities and map out the required strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  2. Lead the development of D2C strategy to drive profitable growth and increase adoption and usage of the App
  3. Monitor key competitors and evaluate D2C best-practice initiatives
  4. Monitor Ecommerce market trends and performance, and develop strategies to enhance sales and profitability
  5. Build a deep understanding of customer needs using data and insights, and develop activities to enhance sales and profitability
  6. Develop and implement strategies to focus on upselling, customer retention, and App development
Requirements
  1. Extensive Ecommerce experience and strong experience in strategy development and planning
  2. Excellent strategic, analytical, and commercial competence, with the ability to influence and navigate complex organisations
  3. Strong customer-led background and ability to work client-side
  4. Ability to take multiple problems and find coherent solutions, and to present complex information in a simple way
  5. Experience of using customer data and insights to drive business growth and profitability

The role is based between the Surrey and London areas and is a hybrid role allowing you to work two days in the office, one day on agency site, and the rest working from home.
