Business Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in St Albans.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications and will be responsible for delivering strategy to lead engaging events while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and businesses across St Albans.
The salary for this role is up to £37k pro rata, which includes 30 hours per week with occasional weekends and evenings.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing budgets, working within set parameters, exploring new events and initiatives, and producing an annual Events and Campaigns plan with KPIs.
