Care Coordinator Specialist

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Care Manager to support the management team in a children's residential home in Cardiff. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for young people between the ages of 8 - 18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
The successful candidate will have experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a Children's Residential Support Work environment and hold a Full UK Driving Licence. They must be over the age of 21 and willing to work towards or already completed the Level 5.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the service
- Assisting senior staff with supervision of junior staff
- Inducting new staff into the home procedure and culture
- Ensuring high standards of care for young people's physical, behavioural, and emotional needs
