Job Title: Specialist Epilepsy Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Epilepsy Specialist Nurse to join our team at the Welsh Epilepsy Centre in Cardiff and Vale. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with patients with epilepsy from across South Wales, delivering expert clinical care and education.

About the Role:
  • Provide specialist nursing services to patients with epilepsy, including independent nurse clinics and reviews in various healthcare settings.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs for healthcare professionals on epilepsy management and treatment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and provide excellent care.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in neurology nursing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of epilepsy diagnosis, treatment, and management.
