The Job
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of care services to ensure the highest standards are met
- Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement care plans that cater to individual needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery
**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Your Qualifications and Experience
