Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Residential Field Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting clients' customers at their premises, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to resolve any issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. In addition, they must be able to drive a manual vehicle with no more than 6 points on their license and possess lone working ability, supported by an available network.

Benefits and Compensation:
This role offers a competitive salary package of £27,000, including a London Weighting of £2,500 for M25 residents. The monthly Attendance Bonus is £150 per month, and the Monthly Bonus is available. The company also provides 31 days of holiday, increasing to 33 days with yearly service, as well as a Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme and Private Medical Care after 3 months.
