Technical Support Specialist

Cromwell Group is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Chester, Leicester, Manchester, or Stoke. This exciting opportunity will involve providing exceptional service for our customers by repairing and maintaining industrial Vending Machine Inventory solutions across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of mechanical and electrical implementation, full health and safety compliance, and an understanding of VMI industry / market sector. They should also possess excellent customer service experience (face to face and telephone) and be willing to learn new skills.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, with a focus on quality and safety. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, use their initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively. A clean driving license and flexibility with working hours are essential.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including company bonus, annual leave allowance, group personal pension, and company-funded healthcare cash plan.
You will play a key role in delivering our 24-hour/7-day-a-week availability promise and may be required to join the call-out rota. Limited international travel may be necessary, but the primary focus will be on working across the UK.
