About the Job

  • Primary duties include finance tasks, such as bookkeeping, VAT submissions, and invoice production.
  • The role also requires unit management, including improvement plans, liaison with outside agencies, and maintaining tidiness and cleanliness.
  • Business registrations and accreditations are necessary, including SAM, JOSCAR, and Cyber Essentials.
  • Cyber security plays a crucial role, including being the business lead for all cyber security and CMMC accreditation.
  • Websites require regular maintenance and updates.
  • Social media duties include publishing updates and growing LinkedIn followers.
  • Production schedule and management meeting responsibilities include maintaining meeting minutes and updating sections.
  • Trade shows require managing show booth design and goods, occasional attendance, and registration paperwork.
  • Stock management involves collaborating with the operations manager to manage stock.
  • Travel and subsistence duties include assisting directors in booking travel.
  • Packing involves collaborating with the operations manager to pack product for dispatch.
