Office Administration Professional

ReQuire Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Office Administration Professional to support their team in Salisbury.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent secretarial experience and be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
This role offers a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for document preparation, audio typing, client care, file management, diary management, and general admin support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and editing documents
- Providing exceptional client care and service
- Managing files and ensuring data accuracy
- Coordinating diaries and schedules
- Providing general administrative support

This is a full-time position with 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri hours and free parking offered on site. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
