**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Professional to join our Transformation Unit. As an Education and Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Associate Director for Organisational Development, Culture, Leadership and Learning (AD for ODCLL) and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the AD for ODCLL with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Analyse and present complex data to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote development opportunities across the Trust.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent.

Salary Range: £26,530 - £29,114 per annum pro rata, dependent on experience.
