Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Authority.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist the team in scheduling hydrant inspections, forward defects and schemes to water companies, and act as a main point of contact for internal and external enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in scheduling hydrant inspections and share relevant schedules with fire hydrant technicians.
  • Forward hydrant defects and schemes to water companies in a timely manner.
  • Act as a main point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. You will also be a team player who enjoys working with others.

You will have previous experience of carrying out administrative tasks and be a competent user of MS Office programmes.
