Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the asset manager, including updating databases and maintaining records.
  • Analyze waste data and produce statistics to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Support the technical team with timesheet data entry and assist with purchase orders.
  • Maintain PPE records and update training matrices.

Person Specification

  • Prior experience in facilities administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Maximo is required.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office software, is essential.
