Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the asset manager, including updating databases and maintaining records.
- Analyze waste data and produce statistics to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Support the technical team with timesheet data entry and assist with purchase orders.
- Maintain PPE records and update training matrices.
Person Specification
- Prior experience in facilities administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Maximo is required.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office software, is essential.
