Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bighornlaw. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our organization by providing exceptional administrative support.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or office support role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, organization, and filing.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage mail distribution.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, including filing and organizing important documents. Assist with invoicing, collections, and payables.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and other special activities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A keen understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles and an understanding of workflow processes.
Compensation Package:

$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
