Administrative Support Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen with Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust's Operational Directorate, seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support to the Associate Director - of Operational HR and People Operations Team.
This critical role will involve providing comprehensive PA and administrative support, including organizing systems, attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring seamless team functioning. You will be a clear and effective communicator, confident interacting with various stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
A successful candidate will possess expert Microsoft Office skills, work independently, utilizing initiative, prioritizing their workload, and responding swiftly to changing demands and departmental needs.
Experience in a healthcare setting and previous experience coordinating or working within compliance roles would be beneficial, as these are key aspects of the job.
