Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Liaison Officer to join our Education Administration Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Associate Director for Organisational Development, Culture, Leadership and Learning (AD for ODCLL) and other departments.

You will be responsible for managing diaries, producing reports, coordinating development programmes, creating training materials and providing reception duties for the Education Centre. You will also be required to manage your own workload and seek guidance from colleagues when needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of competence in using Microsoft Office packages
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 3 or alternative suitable qualification
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

We offer a competitive salary of £26,530 - £29,114 per annum pro rata, along with excellent benefits including holidays, pension scheme and on-site benefits. If you are a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
