Learning Support Coordinator

The Learning Support Coordinator plays a key role in providing learning and development opportunities to staff members within the Trust. This involves coordinating development programs, workshops, and training sessions, as well as creating training materials and resources.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of competence in using Microsoft office packages, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. They should also have a strong understanding of adult education principles and practices, including curriculum design and delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and development to join our dynamic team. The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include flexible working hours, 37.5 hours per week, minimum 35 days paid holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays, generous pension scheme, and access to NHS discounts.
