We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Technology Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership, including managing schedules, communication, travel planning, process development and documentation, organization, and budgeting/accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate company events, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain efficient paperwork processes for the office.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in basic computer software and ability to quickly learn new programs.

Compensation:

$40,000 per year
